So, you want to be a nerd? Well, healthy! Nerd’s can be great fun but, you’re going to want to first evaluate what type of nerd your likely to be. You can get a good idea in the type nerd you wish to be by studying various famous Nerd Quotes which may give you an idea of how you’d take a look at yourself and the world surrounding you. Just remember that Nerd’s are similar to any other social groups. (e.g. Jock’s, Burnout’s, Cheerleader’s )Each one has their own positive and negative attributes and are no better or worse than anybody else. They are unique within their character and are not the easiest persona to play!
Now, let’s begin by identifying our potential nerd personality…
The Genius Nerd

This nerd is fairly common, he’s very moody, quick to anger, and constantly annoyed about something. They’re usually busy scripting or coding something important and have time for idle talk with those that just do not get it. He or She is usually quite obsessive and may sometimes be tough to talk to. They tend to look down on others with lower IQ but won’t admit it. These nerds, although, often moody, are quite happy being who they may be and would never trade in their IQ directly into be one of the lower species.
You think that others should spend more time listening to your brilliance as an alternative to talking.
Always puts aside time for you to correct someone. (e.g. Grammar, Spelling )
If your creating a debate with someone and they also don’t have their facts straight they will be disregarded as slugs.
When angered, you should make use of your sometimes witty personality and belittle them with hard to comprehend jokes and insults
Your going to have to own at least 1 book of each and every on html, scripting, and Linux
To be this nerd your going to have to get others to feel sorry for you. As your life is so complex that no-one seems to understand you. Usually avoiding pals for a few days does the trick. After they ask you why your avoiding them you simply state that your taking care of an important project. It enhances the mystery of the Genius Nerd

She or he acts as a giant sponge always trying to soak up new information. They’re open to communication although not usually the best at social functions and try to feel like they are on they may be on their own planet. Library nerds typically have 1 or 2 good friends and stray to definately not that. They are mostly quiet and shy, of course, unless a topic is described they know a lot about.
Spend much of your free time at the library or in your own home studying.
Be sure to get a telescope and, or, obtain no less than 1 photo or poster of your recognized scientist.
Your not likely to often want to try a new challenge. Having things enjoy the same day after day is very comforting for you.
You enjoy a good debate but, don’t usually get worked up over the outcome.
Avoids crowds without exceptions.
Combing your hair everyday is not acceptable
Be sure, if in college to always have the worst looking backpack around the world. Never be seen walking around without carrying a minimum of 2 books.
The Fantasy Nerd

If you want to learn from this nerd to better understand his personality they’re not hard to track down. Should they be not busy of their basement organizing 100 man raid for Wow, scheming of a 101 methods to kill your party as being a Dungeon Master in a dice game, they will most likely be found at any comic con, game convention, or Computer game Fan Fair. Fantasy Nerds are extremely intelligent but don’t tend to flaunt their IQ around to create others feel unworthy. These are most social of the Nerds and adapt well to change.
Go out often for tea or coffee with your nerd friends and talk about games, books, and randomness.
You don’t fret yourself over the opinions of non-nerds. Reason being could be the Fantasy Nerd has a tendency to randomly dress up as fantasy characters like Klingon’s or Stormtroopers. They often times, out of nowhere make loud, abrupt noises, or statements.( screaming in a restaurant to the god of Olympus because of blessing them with enough sugar packets because of their coffee)
Crowds are acceptable providing there are a few other Fantasy Nerds within the mix.
Farting is acceptable around your fantasy nerd friends and is also usually viewed as a genial challenge
